Note 1: If Club Rooms / Kitchen / Toilets are used, they must be cleaned after use. Please contact the Host Club regarding your responsibilities. The Host Club is responsible for the condition of the Club Rooms after the event and for the security of the building and the grounds.

Note 2: All Cross-Country bookings are handled by the Dardanup Horse and Pony Club. We will forward your request to them.
